Manufacturer warrantyOnly maintenance, service and repairs done under warranty in our workshops ensure that the Manufacturer warranty will be maintained (the terms of warranties differ with each manufacturer).
We are the only company equipped with electronic diagnostic equipment and special manufacturer tools. We have also been trained on the specificities of each of the vehicles we sell. We are continuously updated on the technical changes made by manufacturers and this guarantees that all work we do on vehicles meets their standards.
After-Sales ServiceWe have spacious after-sales facilities (reception areas, parts stores, electrical and mechanical workshops, body and paint shops and wash areas) and specialised teams to ensure maintenance, diagnostic and repair of your vehicles in line with the industry's best practices. Our workshops are recognised by local and international professional training organisations and by the manufacturers. Reliable, priority handling of warranty issues, quick maintenance with a complete inspection check-list and quality repairs that conform to the estimates accepted by customers are our best arguments for customer satisfaction and retention. This has led us to develop quick services and is the reason we put special emphasis on the quality of our customer relationships, from reception to delivery (including a satisfaction survey). Quality of service also means spare parts availability and the lowest possible prices. We always have an inventory of original spare parts guaranteed by our manufacturers on hand. We carry thousands of parts and our stock is replenished monthly and via special orders whenever required.

The goal is to constantly improve customer satisfaction at every step of their dealings with the company (the quality of the premises, parking, reception, sales advice, quick and reliable maintenance, services pricing, telephone calls after sales, work done in the shop, etc.)
Vehicle inventoryWe have standardised our product lines based on the primary needs of our customers. This enables us to always have an inventory of vehicles available at our African sales locations and our distribution centres (Antwerp, South Africa, Dubai).
Vehicle handover is ensured by specially trained personnel responsible for explaining the main options and accessories of the vehicle and delivering all required paperwork.

In the technical field:The Douala training centre provides apprenticeship and in-house training programmes for our distribution network's technical teams. The sessions are led by our manufacturer-certified trainers and, sometimes, by the manufacturers themselves. Training is both general and covers technically advanced aspects of a range of fields of expertise. We also provide our staff with manufacturer training at home.
Sales and managementWe consistently provide advanced training programmes for our sales people (product knowledge, sales techniques), our parts sales, and our technical sales advisers to help develop their sense of customer relations. External and internal training is also provided for finance, managers and executives.
